Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Central Snowblower. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective once posted on this website.

2. Definitions

  • Company, We, Our, Us refers to Central Snowblower.
  • Buyer, Customer, You, Your refers to the individual or entity purchasing products from our website.
  • Products means goods offered for sale by Central Snowblower.
  • Order means the request made by the Buyer to purchase Products.

3. Prices and Taxes

All prices are displayed in USD, EUR, or GBP.

For domestic (Indonesia) orders, prices include 11% VAT.

For international orders, prices do not include import duties, customs fees, or local taxes. The Customer is responsible for paying any such charges directly to the carrier or local customs authority.

4. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard)
  • PayPal
  • International Bank Transfer (T/T)
  • Authorized e-Wallets: Remitly, Paysend, Revolut, Sendwave

Important Notes:

  • Orders will only be processed once payment is confirmed.
  • We do not accept Western Union or MoneyGram.
  • For manual payments (Bank Transfer, Remitly, Paysend, Revolut, Sendwave), Customers must send proof of payment to info@centralsnowblower.com within 3 business days. Failure to provide proof within this period will result in automatic cancellation of the Order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide using reputable carriers:

  • FedEx / FedEx Express
  • UPS
  • DHL / DHL Express

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on the destination. A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped. Risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery by the courier.

6. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy on all new and unused products.

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, manuals, and accessories.
  • If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect order by the Customer, return shipping costs will be the Customer’s responsibility.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

7. Warranty

Unless otherwise stated, all products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty details and duration vary depending on the product.

8. Limitation of Liability

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and information are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free.

Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the product. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, business interruption, or data loss.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Any personal data collected will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not sell or share your data with third parties, except as necessary to complete your order (e.g., shipping carriers, payment processors).

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Central Jakarta, Indonesia.
