1. Delivery Information

  • We ship worldwide using trusted carriers: FedEx, FedEx Express, UPS, DHL, and DHL Express.
  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on your destination.
  • A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.
  • Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the shipping destination and selected courier service.
  • The risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer once the shipment is handed over to the courier.

2. Customs and Import Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the Customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

3. Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return eligible products under the following conditions:

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items must be in new, unused condition, and returned in original packaging with all manuals and accessories.
  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • If you change your mind or ordered the wrong size/product, return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
  • Refunds will be issued within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

4. Return Process

  2. Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
  3. Ship the product back using the instructions provided by our support team.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

5. Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that are used, damaged by misuse, or not in original condition.
  • Items returned without prior authorization.
  • Customized or special-order products.
